3. Client Signs a Management Agreement:
   Once your referral becomes a property management client with us and we sign a lease, you’ll receive your $250 referral fee.

4. We Keep You in the Loop:
   We’ll update you on the status of your referral — and we’re happy to return the property to you if/when the owner is ready to sell.
