I've rented from many places in the city and none of them are this good at taking care of everything that land managers are supposed to do. They have a very professional staff and are always quick at getting back to you when there is any kind of a problem on the property. When any appliance has ever been in need of repair they are always fast at getting it taken care of and I mean anything. They are the best at everything and I am very satisfied with renting from them. I would give them more than five stars if I could!

I have been using this company after a terrible experience with another one. They are friendly and pretty honest so far. They only charge what you agree upon with them. No hidden fees or any mysterious charges. They also offer same month funding which is great. I like working with Savannah, she gets things done quickly and is very understanding and friendly. I recommended them to my realtor and will be using them for my other properties.

My air conditioner must have gone out some time this afternoon because when I got home from work, at 5:30pm, it was 80 degrees and climbing. It looks like the fan stopped working. I left a voicemail on the maintenance line and less than an hour later, a repairman called me! I'm seriously on cloud 9.
